Event Description

Dr. Kalyani Gopal (PhD, clinical psychology) will teach evidence-based positive parenting skills. Participants will receive a parenting certificate upon completion of all six sessions. Participants will gain hands on parenting tips (create calm rituals, model mindfulness, active listening, healthy boundaries, and celebrate successes - big and small!), build a strengthened parent-child connection based on evidence based techniques, and receive helpful resources for parents to use consistently at home.
