Event Description

This three-month leadership series helps teens and adults develop practical leadership skills they can use at school, work, home, and in their communities. Participants will explore what leadership really means--beyond titles--and learn how self-awareness, communication, trust, decision-making, empathy, and resilience, shapes effective leaders. Each two-hour session includes discussion, hands-on activities, and real-life applications designed to build confidence and personal accountability.

The series is presented by Eric Rogers, a 20-year U.S. Air Force veteran, leadership facilitator, and workforce development professional who has spent his career building teams, developing people, and leading through change. After two decades in high-pressure environments where clarity, trust, and accountability mattered, Eric now focuses on helping leaders translate those same principles into the civilian world.
