The WISE educational program includes six lessons that cover a wide range of topics about health and wellness for older adults!

If you are interested in learning more about the aging process and exploring simple ways to support a healthier lifestyle, we invite you to join us. Throughout the program, we will share practical tools to help you feel more confident, empowered, and in control of your overall well-being—and you may even pick up tips that can benefit a friend or loved one as well.
