Join us at the Lake Station-New Chicago library to discuss the book The Maid by Nita Prose. Copies of the book will be available at the front desk the second week of November. Attendance is limited to 15 attendees on a first come basis. Registration is required. This will be a monthly morning discussion of thriller, suspense, and mystery novels.

Summary: "Molly Dunn struggles with social skills and interprets people literally. Her gran used to interpret the world for her, but since Gran died a few months ago, Molly has had to navigate life's complexities all by herself. Throwing herself with gusto into her work as a hotel maid,... she enters the suite of the infamous and wealthy Charles Black, only to find it in a state of disarray-- and Mr. Black himself very dead in his bed.
