Event Description

Journaling helps individuals in a number of ways: process emotions, reduce stress & improve self-awareness. There is more than one way to journal. Find the right kind of journaling for you at one of our workshops this month. Beginners and active writers will discover a strategy that takes only a few minutes a day.
