Summary: "Jacob Finch Bonner teaches a third-rate MFA program and encounters arrogant student Evan Parker. Evan claims he doesn't need Jacob's help because the plot to his book is a surefire winner. When Evan dies and Jacob writes the book instead, he gets an email: "You are a thief." Who was Evan, and where did this plot come from?"
