Event Description
Come join the Lake County Solid Waste Management District and learn the art of paper quilling! All materials will be provided. Please register.
Paper Quilling is a craft which uses long, thin strips of paper to create filigree, which can be incorporated into collages or stand alone in stationary art pieces or cards. Educators will guide participants into making several basic shapes and starting a new project. All materials, including recycled paper, will be provided.
