As we finish out the new year, now is a great time to plan and prepare for a happy and productive 2026!

Journaling is a great way to be ready for the new year. Through simple and easy-to-follow activities, we will explore different types of journaling practices, including gratitude lists, mood tracking, goal setting and writing prompts designed to help you get into practices that support your mental and emotional health. Journaling offers a number of benefits, especially those that are important this time of year including:

     - reduce stress

     - increase self-awareness

     - promote a positive mindset

     - express or process emotions

     - set goals and stay motivated
