One way to look back at the last year is through journaling. Through simple and easy-to-follow activities, we will explore different types of journaling practices, including gratitude lists, mood tracking, and writing prompts designed to help you reflect on your feelings and experiences. Journaling offers a number of benefits, especially those that are important this time of year including:

    - reduce stress

    - increase self-awareness

    - promote a positive mindset

    - express or process emotions

    - set goals and stay motivated
